Has anyone come across company trained drivers Not getting chargeables? Over the past few years we have noticed they don't get charged when they have a preventable.

I was trained there years ago but I never had an accident so I don’t know but I do know a guy I went through training with rolled a set over a few months after we were out and he got the boot

Had a “graduate” do a ride along with us. Didn’t have any HM on the way back so he got to drive.
Got a little loose in a corner in the canyon, RC was cool as a cucumber. & Co were somewhat agitated. He had a few oopsies and was made available to the industry.

Being of a certain age, we at RC & Co are familiar with Purple Haze, but not intimately familiar with it.
If Purple Haze is intimately familiar, perhaps referring to himself as we is appropriate.
