Yellow | New Penn moves into Maybrook YRC Dock

Bruce , it was Larry Rice, "Triple XXX" remember, He was hit by a drunk Doctor in a 240 Z. I believe it was on a Sunday night off the wheel.

Yeh, that was him Al. Triple X, also used to go by Thumbsucker. Good guy with a good sense of humor. How's all with you, haven't seen you around in a while. Still trucking or retired?

When she left the Airport Diner, She married a police Officer. Showed up at the Flyer and hooked up with a North Penn Driver. When they shut down, he was driving for Ken's Salad Dressing's. That's the last I knew. the last time I was in the Flyer it was with a Red Star Driver out of Newark. I started running a meet with Toledo for 5 yrs.

Shoulda known you'd have the scoop Al. I might be wrong but I think I remember reading the Flyer was gone, demolished, probably making way for a f'in starbucks.

Wow, I haven't heard that. The New England Drivers don't come into #135 anymore since the last COO. They turn Maybrook. got no one to ask and confirm that news with.

That's great. More time to ride that Harley. I guess AJ is the only guy left I would know. I guess I was wrong on the Flyer, it's still up and running according to the web.
That's Good news about the Flyer ! Those Buster Brown Drivers would be devastated ! They're probably the only ones left that stop there.

August 17 is my last trip, vacation until Labor Day. Retirement begins 9/01/18

Good luck to you. Bittersweet moment when it finally comes to an end I guess but enjoy the two-wheeler and be safe on it. Getting out to North Dakota on mine is on my bucket list - it's the only state of the lower 48 that I haven't ridden through.

Thanks Bro, I just sold one, thinking about selling the last one as well. We want an RV.

Freight or package? Out of where?
Parcel. Allentown, Easton, Tatamy (new exit off 33) and maybe Stroudsburg. They offered me a Syracuse from Stbg. last yr. but I don't want full time progression. I just want to work the weeks I feel like. progression is $18.75 ph. to start, casual is $28.38

That's good you got those opportunities nearby. Be careful you don't hurt yourself with those fast trucks.:17142:

You ain't kidding. I get passed by buster brown all the time! Guys drive like their ass is on fire.
The Teams and certain runs out of certain buildings are on mileage. They run 72 mph. But, the majority are on hourly and just can't help themselves. Now metro NY-NJ Feeders will never speed, they're the only ones I have ever passed. Even on this Richmond trip they go cruising on by and color them gone.
