In Chicago my local Starbucks has 7 day a week delivery between 5:00 & 6:00 PM, with a helper no less. This has been for years.

Just a wild guess but Saia doesn't mind dropping accounts where they feel that an account is not up to company profitability standards.

In years past, Saia would lose it for a while to some other companies, but would revert back within 6 months.
