ABF | Branch mgr. 040

Would it be the one who went from Des Panes to Indy & back to Chicago? He is from the Middle East. I forgot his name. Used to be the TM @ 050 Indy.

No that guys first name was Dean I thought he was ok when I worked in Des Plaines when he was there.
The guy in Chicago was Mike Reed. They need to axe the ops manager there too. imho

Yea, Dean Albert. One week before corporate came by his wife did not like the walls in the break room @ 050. So, she came in on a Sunday & painted the room. Go figure. von.
 
He had a Rabi when he was @ 050. He was ok I guess. But he is not a force full type of person. Being a leader of a group of truckers is not his strong suit. I have see better, but also a lot worse. Jeff Kenny (ops mgr) & (Denny Meyer TM) new how to run a trucking company & made ABF money every quarter. And ABF fired them. Plus they knew how to treat people fairly. They could be dicks, but I had respect for them because they were smart enough to step out of the way & let the rank & file do their job with little interference. von.

they must have reached the 4 week vacation plateau earned..usually it is goodbye...see ya..replace you with a younger paper pusher with lesser pay/benefits.....
 
Only a shortage of supply & demand will have any positive effect on a wage in any skilled trade. Job actions have no meaning @ all in less they ALL take part. Anything less is a waste of time. von.
