Exactly what happened @ 05 about 8 years ago. von.most of the old school freight tm's are retired or close to, and are being replaced with young yes men/women paper pushers. Long gone are the ones who would stand up to their boss and say while your idea is good for a break bulk, but it won't work at an eol barn.
