what you dont understand is the local doesnt care ,ive been to the BA twice. what is this site for? sharing food recipes? Im just letting people at forgien terminals know to watch out for this guy. apparently you approve of idiots like him.:duh:
 
I hear ya little indian. By the way got any good recipes for pig? Speaking of pig I have been squelling like one about this dude at R-69.

I never have been a union trucker. There are guys like that everwhere. Let me tell you what happened to a driver that I knew who did all this stuff that I have been reading. He worked for a non union carrier and f***ed guys exactly the same way this a** clown is doing. Well these mild mannered non union drivers hired someone to lay a beat down on this guy. He does not drive anymore. Cant use the clutch with out a knee. He will get his eventually Indian. My suggestion to you is quit making all the noise about it (mind you I dont blame you for making noise) because someone somewhere will get him. If it happens. You will be the first person they will come looking for.
 
Do you guys have the status of the stewards job?? Is it going to committee or is it still at the local level?? Everyone needs to stand with the steward to send a message both to RDWY and the butt muncher!! DS.

Hey Serta this brings a certain driver to mind, over a year of driving 40's and alot of freight shakers! What comes around goes around, sometimes you just got to kick started to help it on the way!

Again, what is stopping you and some of your brothers at your local from doing something about it? That kind of crap doesn't fly over here and shouldn't at any terminal. No, I don't approve of of people like that, but he represents your terminal, so do something about it instead of crying. I've got more things to do such as work, than to sit back and watch out for the p.o.s from your barn.

your probally not a roaddriver, I wasnt asking you to stop what your were doing and go look for this guy. right now as it stands here any driver here at 241 that says anything to the little *****+ risks getting fired for work place harrasment. the only thing we can get him on is art24 refusing to sign in and out at foreign terminals. which is where this thread does some of the work. it lets other drivers at foreign terminals know whats going on. you call it crying why? I concider some of the replies to my thread good info and have forwarded the replies to my steward who was fired. so if you were fired and lost your job and i let other drivers know about it. would i still be crying? again would i still be crying?:hissyfit:

First off I wouldn't put myself in the position that you steward did to get fired, so no you wouldn't be crying if you said that about me. But then again I wouldn't be fired, so it's a moot point.

And no I'm not a road driver, so I don't see the crap that you guys have to deal with. But I did see 2 new hires in the city fired at my barn for "no legitimate" reason, but I didn't come on here to make a big deal about it because it's not my problem.

I'm not trying to pile on you, but the simplest solution would be to take care of this guy in house and there are many ways you and others could do this off the record. Anyway, thats my 2 cents. Do what ever you like which probably won't be much, but I'm done with this thread.:thread:
 
I've read this thread twice now and it appears to me that every Roadways the same, We got good people for the most part But when we have a situation arrise it's the same old song and dance.. We all know what needs to be done but it never get's done.. WOULD BE NICE TO GIT-R-DUN one time...Just my 2 cents....

littliindian, by reading between the lines, these people are telling" YOU GUYS" what to do.

your probally right! i should just fall in line. and do as the others do. keep my mouth shut, and mind my own business. after all its not my problem. i like the way you think. We need more employees that think like us. wow well have a great future, here at roadway:smilie_132:
 
The baby driver who went to the Company and got the Steward fired fails to realize that at some point he'll screw up and the Company will try to fire him too. Then will the Local really help him out or just go through the motions? My hope is that when it happens, and at some point it usually does, the Local just goes through the motions....it would serve him right.
