Holland | YRC Worldwide may have issued materially misleading business information to the investing public

So the company doesn’t tell the shareholders or report to the S.E.C. that they were misleading and using fraudulent weight and research practices on the government and now the shareholders are entitled to their losses.
Not to mention the government wants its money back.
The legal expenses alone are going to be enormous.
I would say the end is near.
Anyone that thinks they can possibly be restored to full wages out of the gate is delusional.
A bankruptcy is much more likely.

I'm wondering what part HNRY Logistics will play out in all of this?

Just another 3PL being set up. Arranging truckload,and expedited shipments with outside carriers,and probably owner operators.They are way behind the likes of XPO, ABF, CH Robinson,Freightquote,FedEx,JB Hunt,Schneider,and probably a few hundred more.
 
I guess when you can't run the business you have effectively, even though it made money before you bought it. Then start another. Wow. :2437:
