"Other employees said they’re satisfied with FedEx’s strides toward fully funding the pension and other benefits such as 401(k) match and tuition reimbursement. The employees didn’t want to be identified." Who are these people that speak for us?

“Earlier in the fiscal year we communicated a plan to maintain a 50 percent funding floor for AIC.” To who? Apparently by email so not to the bulk of workers.
“For FY19 AIC, all FedEx operating companies are on the same AIC plan, which is based on enterprise-wide performance. Funding for FY19 AIC is based on the company’s adjusted operating income achievement. Regardless of company performance, the plan is funded at 50%,” the email said. Great time to cancel it when we stand to get the largest bonus based on "our" performance metrics. Here is the goal and when you reach it the prize is canceled. SOP

The people that speak for us are the desk dwellers/clowns who suck up for favorable treatment and in return anything the company does is perfect in their opinion. They are too stupid to even realize when we are getting hosed like now.
 
It’s no surprise. Ever look up how much the new bricks cost, each? I’d hope we got some sort of bulk discount, but it’s just one part of the bill for this massive, slow moving, magic tech rollout.

It’s obvious the company has no intentions of sharing the tax cut with the employees. the “massive” raise we got last year, was an empty PR move that got press, but in reality, wasn’t any more than the raises we usually received over the same amount of time. The smoke and mirrors, as some one else put it, is getting old. Meanwhile, I’m still driving a dogged out former road truck dragging a trailer with AF logo scars.

Won't matter, it will be assigned to someone for the duration your off. And when you get back you'll find everything has been gone thru and moved around. Leaving you asking WTF!! I'm city but sure it holds true for road also.

Oh, don’t get me started on the tens of seconds it takes me to readjust my mirrors. The heavy lifting involved in pressing the preset button on the radio to get back to the station I listen to is infuriating. The worst is having to pull that lever and push the button to readjust the seat.

You have asked that same question to me multiple times. I guess old people tend to forget easier, but I will answer once again. If you can point out which post I said I hate the company I will address it. I have been here long enough to speak objectively on how they run the company. I'm not a company puppet like some on here.
