If I had to guess , I think what is being suggested is even though the vote to unionize failed , the threat of unionization caused XPO to be more generous on the last couple of raises.
They were 2 days out from a vote and the company came in and offered them a substantial raise . The company was found in violation of the law a couple weeks ago for doing so and a re vote was granted .
Southern region will run at 66.4 cpm and $28.19 hourly. So I don't forget let me say the sky is falling. The sky is falling. I feel better now. Good grief.
