Well aren't you special?In the 18 years I've been at yrc I've filed 0 grievances.
But it reads union member earn 38% more on average than non union workers..
It boils down to this ,Don't pay dues You are not in good standing and can NOT vote, end of story.
Load of crap or not in a NON Right to work for less state that's the way it is, Now in the "Right to work for less states" correct you don't have to pay dues but the non paying member (freeloader) still get all the protection and bennies of being a dues paying member so I would say yeah the Freeloader would be allowed to voteTo be honest I think that's a load of crap. What about a "right to work state?" Are only the members who pay dues allowed to vote?
