Do the math driver, that's more than your 15% back. Honestly more than I figured they'd pony up not bad for a first offer. What a damn joke!!!!
Lol...that's over 5 years...15% would be closer to $3 hr right now.Do the math driver, that's more than your 15% back. Honestly more than I figured they'd pony up not bad for a first offer.

You must have flunked math.
April 2008 full rate 22.71
2.20 raise over 5 years to 24.91 at 2013 contract end.
Let’s assume 2.20 from 2013 to 2018
That would be 27.11 right now.
With a dollar raise we will be .48 cents more than 2008 full scale.
Full rate now would be 26.11 times .85 or 15% reduction equals 22.19 our current pay.
In 5 years Einstein we will be at 26.19, 8 cents higher.
Which is still almost a buck less than where we should be right now.
3.48 cents in 15 years wow you are flipping brilliant.
PENSION DOLLARS !!!!!!!!??????????????...
In 2008 if you didn't start making alternate retirement plans that's bad on you. Central States is been going bankrupt since the 90s. And that train wreck will be ending very shortly. I only hope that they will have a forensic accountant and many attorneys to figure out who took all that moneyPENSION DOLLARS !!!!!!!!??????????????...
Road drivers dont get paid to lay down on the job. I took a pay cut to help save the company. Now its their turn to show some integrity and pay up. After all we just found out they made an offer on ABF in Jan. Hows that make you feel?Could've should've is all crap driver that 15% was gone forever the minute the vote was counted. We are where we are regardless of where we should be, but 15% isn't a bad opening offer. I don't know what yard you work out of but at 511 pay went down 15% productivity went down 30%

Exactly. No need for everyone to get their panties in a bunch. It's a contract negotiation. That offer to buy ABF was before the last mou extension. Check the dates. Nobody said it's a great offer I just said it was a good opening offer. Everyone knows the first offer is a lowball send it back to the table and see what we can really get.
VOTE NO and MAIL it back VOTE NO!!!Exactly. No need for everyone to get their panties in a bunch. It's a contract negotiation.
Good question for tonight's conference call!It says non-cdl positions will make $2.00 less. Wouldn't that mean a paycut once it goes into effect?
