Yellow | Skip Ratification Formality & Move Straight To Strike Vote

And may you get what you pray for to fit into the life of your family as well
You're just a disgusting pathetic troll
Every time our contract comes around we get lowlife scum like you praying for our demise, but not many are so emotionally connected to wish harm to us and our families so as a token of appreciation, May the Lord give you what you ask of us come to fruition in the laps of you and your family You Dirty Son if a Bitch
Karma is gonna bite him in the A$$

I didn't here Ernie say anything about running down to the hall for a strike vote if this offer is turned down This sounds like a one time take it or leave it offer Just because ABF got to take a strike vote does not mean it will be the same way at YRCW The IBT makes the call to have a strike vote not the drivers

It's exactly what Ernie said on the conference call for those that listened.
He said the union accountants
The union economists, the union attorneys
And the union executives all felt that it would do YRCW in.
But don't worry, our truck drivers know more than they do.

ImANo, pay me now, i cannot trust you to pay me later;
ImAYes IF we get $2 from day one, $1 on year 2, $1 on year 3...

i have never met an honest accountant, i have NEVER met an honest attorney (satan's advocate), i have met a two or three honest economist (William K Black);
here is an article that exposes some facts about the reality of "pensions" and "healthcare", read the article and compare it to our situation, WE HAVE BEEN LIED TO LONG BEFORE WE WERE BORN... http://neweconomicperspectives.org/2010/01/bye-bye-pensions-goodbye.html

A no vote may impact our ability to maintain customers. Estimated date of company closure, Memorial weekend 2019.

A yes vote, with the financial stress associated, has a high probability of forcing the company into bankruptcy, sometime in 2022.

That is the opinion of the Union financial analysts who examined the company books and the Western Director of Freight.

Most of us that were there up until 19 are or were wondering how they stayed out of bankruptcy for this long.
Seriously. I will never understand how or.why.
And to speak (write) the truth. In the back of my mind I am kind of believing that the doors will close. The checks will stop. And alot of people will be unemployed if this is voted down.
I only have a high school education Couple years of community college. But that's not much help.
I do have common sense. And gut feelings. They are usually right even if I go against those feelings.

OK Thrones is coming on. Time to go get prepared for some fake violence and sex!

Don't know for sure but I have heard more than once that Estes in the event of a lay off that they lay off the top senior men and work the newbies because they don't get paid as the top guys . Can any one clarify this ? (This was mentioned about starting over at a new company Big R Guy .)

Lots of new people posting with all kinds of facts this way or that way.
I wonder how many are supers or managment or people hired to post.
I would not put that past the company or union to hire people to post facts or assumptions.
All I can say is read the contract And vote.
Be informed and vote.
Once all this dies down all these new people will be gone..
Read. And vote. Don't believe everything here.
Not even me! Lol.
I'm with El on this.
I don't care which way you vote. Just vote.

P. S.
What's up with Tampa Bay??

I wish a thread were started with this info.
It may change a lot of minds and hearts.

If you guys vote no I see them putting the driver facing cameras to save money. Kinda give you guys the F U. If ABF is putting them in I’m sure YRC is looking at that discount.

We were told basically the same thing at our meeting. YRC is going to have to grow at least 5% each year of the contract or they probably wont make it with the added cost of this contract.

It’s not copyrighted.

It is what it is.People are going to believe what they want to believe.
I'm prepared for unemployment..

There are still people that believe we weren't going to close the last time.
I still remember many of the know it all at C.F. saying the government wouldn't let them close.
I'm done fighting it. If the dummies that are saying close the gates outnumber the dummies wanting it to stay open..so be it.
I got 75k to spend before I touch my 401k.
