Yellow | Are They Really?

In no particular order:
Jindel is a Teamster hating smart ass.
IMO if you care what he thinks, you’re a fool.
Whoever wrote this article pulled a CNN and didn’t worry much about being correct, they just worried about writing something.
YRCW has a long term debt load of about 890 million dollars, not the 3 billion that is stated in the article.
If they were using unacceptable accounting practices of including pension liability in the company’s debt calculation, the pension liabilities are approximately 10 billion dollars.
I’d be willing to bet that Satish has a position in YRCW and would like to solidify his position.
That is all.

I just saw the article and posted.
Whether it's correct?
Hell. I don't know.
Everyone is throwing stuff to see what sticks. But most articles get picked apart. And there is nothing wrong with that. But I posted the link not reading deeper into it like some do. Again. Nothing wrong with that.
Opinions are needed. And the article really smells of.....
:horseshit:
Just to scare some. Maybe?
:guiness:

I heard Satish has an office at 525?

With a 1.3 billion dollar underfunded pension liability, if this proposal passes, none of the yes voters should ever come on here and complain about their Teamster pension retirement plans. Regardless of what plan you’re in.
