My fos told me that they must have made him an offer he couldn’t refuse to get him to once again become xpo LTL chief. I told him,”didn’t he get fired?” “No”,my fos said, “he quit cause he didn’t get along with bj concerning sales”. Apparently tb doesn’t like all the not so honest dealings that our sales guys are involved in in order to acquire and maintain our LTL business levels.
My fos said that tb really knows the ins and outs of the LTL biz like nobody else and speculated that that is the reason why bj wanted him back,(sales issues not withstanding of course).
Stay tuned...it remains to be seen how this drama will play out !!!

Why should this really surprise us. I heard of them call drivers that were fired or quit and ask them to come back. Maybe they will call some of the one who knew what the F##k they were doing and get rid of some of these clueless losers we have running this place.
It was not any better when he was at the wheel before. Will have to wait and see. Maybe the parameters he had before were to great

That probably threw a big party because they got someone to take the position!!
It was like where’s Waldo when he was president before.... what’s going to change now? Is the mentality still cut to the bone and not spend money? I heard lip service, I need everyone’s help, if you have an idea we want to hear it, bla, bla,bla. Show us it’s going to be different, because not one of us sees it.

Well, it could have been Stotlar. Things could always be worse. We could come in Monday and be right back to painting lines and putting guys on the LEAN team.
