Yellow | The Majority Has Spoken....

Som
But this has become the norm in the industry. The vast majority of shippers, big and small use 3 party logistics to price and pick their carriers. The days of knocking on the back door and negotiating a deal are gone. That’s one of the reasons YRC created HNRY
Some small business will not get the big discounts from 3pls.There are still customers that we can be competitive with 3pls.The drivers are the best sales reps .If a driver knows his customer And is reliable .He can generate income and revenue for his company.

They'll all stay and Thank God for that too, angry or not we still don't need a further decline in the membership
They'll get over being pissed off until it's time to be pissed off again of course
Good luck to all of us, I just hope and pray things get better over the next 5 years
Starting with morale
It’s starts with you!!!Whats done is done and we move on.Hopefully with a better attitude. Don’t let all your hard work go to waste .We are YRC (Yes Really Care)

Resigned yesterday after hearing the results. Retirement never sounded so good after 32 years and 3 terminal closures.
Worked with some great Teamster's over the decades but also some cut-throat, all about me employees, who never heard the word Solidarity. I wish you all a great life in the years to come and good luck in the YRCW future!

Congratulations and best wishes.
I know we have crossed paths at sometime. Maybe the old Utility days at Pico? Anyhow, don’t look back. Wishing you 360 Western States pension checks, at a minimum!

He's the "Barbra Streisand" of Truckingboards. Remember when she said she would move to Australia or Canada if Trump were elected? She's still here and so is he. :smile new:
I thought Rosie was leaving also, maybe she's still packing or waiting on your "Go Fund Me" check

Glad ya'll got er' done....with the deal ya'll got...makes me almost want to come back, but I have almost past the 8 yr. mark over here at ABF and we got our week of vacation back, holding a decent bid....so I'll just say....givem hell over there. Glad the sacrifices are paying off, some good friends at YRC that need a decent job, not perfect, but definitely tolerable.
