Can YRC really survive if 40% of its employees are not happy? I know there are a few employees that would work for free just to let YRC survive but 40% think this is a bad deal. I know everyone will say if your not happy then leave but the truth is they are not.You are only worth what you get paid and happy employees are productive employees. I guess we will see how it plays out in the next couple of quarters.

Unless I am mistaken they are in the exact same boat that we are. My understanding is if there is a government bailout they would make out a little better but if it just goes tits up they are screwed the same as us. I hope I am wrong but that is my understanding. UPS is a whole different pension so if a fella was going to leave and is looking for a pension I would think that would be a better route to take? I must be honest and let you know I am no expert on this stuff so please don't repeat what I type on here as fact! I just like sounding like I know what I am talking about! Makes me a great truck driver!

15 road drivers were hired since april 1st..
Still short over a hundred drivers board used to be over 500 now its in the low 400 few more already retired
Some locals have their own pension fund still fully funded.
