If you knew all the procedures of their company, management,employee costs for insurance, deductibles, out of pocket, disability, road operations,pay schedules,no hours guarantee,start times delayed at company discretion, you would see a big part of the reason they operate in the 80’s...

I thought those Con-Way and Fed Ex executives we hired were supposed to turn us around we still can't even guarantee the Time Critical loads? I know shippers used to order Time Critical a few days early knowing it wouldn't get there in time and be delivered for free when we still guaranteed the loads what a joke!
2 moves a day 4 hour naps at the rail yard going 45mph minimum speed! Always make sure to hog the best equipment too we can't let Road drivers have any of those new tandem Volvos.
