Yellow | Change Of Operations Documents?

These were posted in an SEC filing with the company. Open the link and scroll through. Its all there. Network optimization, terminal mergers. Remember all you Yes voters...... THIS IS WHAT YOU VOTED YES FOR. Now everyone buckle up and hold on. "TERMINAL COHABITATION" They really mean DOVETAIL.

Scrabble, you need to have a Snickers bar.

Increased cap to 29% for YRC Freight purchased transportation wow don't remember reading that in the contract? How are you going to attract and retain employees with no pension or 401k match? Loan maturity in 2022 look for them to do another MOU freeze wage increases.

They can easily merge the Chicago area terminals Wheeling IL especially just tear down the fence terminals right next to each other. 318 YRC Bolingbrook not far from Holland Joliet terminal. Move some YRC into Holland's McCook terminal.

Dovetailing & Merging & Cohabiting , BRING it on the more the merry ,as this is what you guys voted for , just like voting Hoffa back in for the 100th time , it's all about the numbers and synergies and keeping the truck speeds slow .............

Here's the plan! Get ready for some BIG CHANGES!

Network optimization Build density reduce cost redundancies asset utilization Facilities identified for immediate cohabitation Estimated cash proceeds which provides additional liquidity YRC Freight Holland New Penn Reddaway 15 to 20 $20-25M This initial assessment barely scratches the surface for cost savings opportunities

If we are not averaging over 42,000 bills a day, it doesn’t matter what kind of synergies or optimizations they pursue; there won’t be adequate revenue to support the contract.

Just a question because I really don't know the answer.
How many bills do they average a day now?

Top is Yrc freight only. Bottom is regionals combined. Is like 70,000 per day total. Usually averaged around 80,000 together.

Yes. It is classified. Big Dave keeps it in a lock box under the chicken coop, behind the corporate office in Cedar Rapids.
If its the same Lock box that Donna had , think I maybe got a key to it yet ??? But know Coop's bill count way up lately !!
