Not great news locals with their own fully funded pension plans will be merged with Central States and bankrupt New York funds!

Hell no they won’t and I don’t blame them,they have been smart with their fund.
I did a little research on Western States and am quite impressed.
So if plan does not generate capital as planned, move to plan B, where optimization of both plan A and B, could or should generate revenue based on previous years figures, unless severe weather in July forces closure of certain terminals, whereby then plan C would take over both plan A and B, with all synergies contributing possible operational advantages to further enhance revenue sources, not mentioned in plan A,B,Or C.
Did Zollars think this up for them? For a fee of course....
In other words...Phase 1 of total consolidation is in process.

Shared sacrifice my friend... it’s the only way Central States has any hope of surviving. I don’t like it any more than the rest of y’all but it’s unconscionable to let all those in Central States get shafted by no fault of their own.

also they should have gotten rid of the lousy workers on both sides, you know the ones that give mgmt lip more than service
also replace the mgmt that really only hires his buddies while replacing the people that actually do the work rather then protecting the lazier buttkissers that do a half days work, also replace ⓇⒶⒸⒾⓈⓉ workers who call me n word even if his brother is a shop steward and the one manager got more buddies of his lined up to replace me when they drive good workers out of the company just to be replaced with lousy workers that have no idea what they are doing there but hey they got a job right
also it seems the company is just overwhelmed with complainers, no wonder the are not responsive to employees concerns or demands, bunch of crybabies that only care about themselves, you make the business the business don't make you, stupid idiots think its all good to not hustle to change the way things operate but sit on their butt and expect things to not change and complain when change "has to be done", bunch of clowns if you ask me
