yrc should have just stayed the roadway brand after the 09 merge, would be in better shape today

also they should have gotten rid of the lousy workers on both sides, you know the ones that give mgmt lip more than service

also replace the mgmt that really only hires his buddies while replacing the people that actually do the work rather then protecting the lazier buttkissers that do a half days work, also replace ⓇⒶⒸⒾⓈⓉ workers who call me n word even if his brother is a shop steward and the one manager got more buddies of his lined up to replace me when they drive good workers out of the company just to be replaced with lousy workers that have no idea what they are doing there but hey they got a job right :438:

also it seems the company is just overwhelmed with complainers, no wonder the are not responsive to employees concerns or demands, bunch of crybabies that only care about themselves, you make the business the business don't make you, stupid idiots think its all good to not hustle to change the way things operate but sit on their butt and expect things to not change and complain when change "has to be done", bunch of clowns if you ask me

don't matter anyways cause the whole industry is getting dry and the pay just is not there anymore, only ddd (dumber den ::::shit::::) will be the new workforce in this once proud industry
Not trying to be a smart azz Bank, but that post applies to just about every trucking company out there.

Anyone hear any rumors of a change of operations at 309 and 326 rumors here is were going to rebid soon cutting laydown plus turn bids to 60%, bigger extra board and more sleeper bids?

Also I'd put my last dime, I'd bet the house on it that YRC hands down complain more about the job(but come back an average of 11000 days before retiring or dying)than a bare handed barefoot raw sewage stirrer

About someone calling you derogatory names
How did you handle the situation
Did you handle it with that person or get somebody else involved
Definitely unacceptable and it shouldn't be too late to get it resolved
I remember you speaking of it over a month ago you should get closure on the situation because you're clearly still disturbed about it
IT'S not too late however you're gonna handle it

“T.J. has a strong track record of delivering operational results throughout his career at Roadway Express, Reddaway and YRC Freight,” said Hawkins. “With our network optimization initiative, combined with the recently ratified five-year labor agreement that offers new operational flexibilities, this is the time to bring T.J. into the role of COO. His new position will help us drive performance objectives through enterprise-wide process improvement and accountability initiatives at all of our coast-to-coast terminal locations.”

“This is a great opportunity to lead our terminal-based field teams as we collectively focus on service improvements and achieving operational efficiencies while operating with the highest degree of safety,” said O’Connor. “Throughout my three-and-a-half-decade career in the less-than-truckload industry, I have worked closely with many of our field employees. I’ve seen their dedication and commitment firsthand. I look forward to working with the Holland, New Penn, Reddaway and YRC Freight teams in this new role.”

Well you certainly don’t need a change of operations for that.
