Holland | Interview . Columbus Ohio Terminal.

Slowly back out the door.....get into your car and drive very fast.....watch the mirrors.....change your address and phone number.....possibly grow or shave facial hair to change appearance....go to church every Sunday and pray that no one from the terminal finds you.......you sir have dodged a bullet.....now go work somewhere else and enjoy your life! I decided to go with Holland instead of Yrc Freight. I have a interview coming up shortly with the terminal manager there. After that driving test and preemployment **** test and physical same day.

There running and check everything else now. Seem to going good so far.

The recurirter did tell me new City P@D Drivers/combo dock. Are only starting out at %90 percent of currenty top scale. Under new contract terms.

I wont be getting current top scale rate there. $23.19 hour. Sucks for me so be it.

Were is there a difference between Holland and YRC ?They have the same contract. At least with Yellow Roadway ya won't be dragged a 48 or 53 around making small ltl stops .

Yrc Freight today is fine. But after 10 years working for them In the past. I want a fresh start with a new company.
Holland has always had a very good rep to work for. So I am giving them a try. And hope I can retire with them. In need 16 years.

Cool. Thanks for the heads up I will. I hope that most if not all my 30 days probation.
i'm kept on the dock. That is all the time to learn and no Holland dock ways-procedure.

And keeps me safe from the street on 30 days probation. So I can keep this job.

I'm here for a fresh start. Waiting to see for myself. Need 3 "5" new year Union contract time period to retire" I see 1 of the 3 here. I'm happy. They brought back all give backs. All upfront no. Agree with all complaints "Hell Yes".. But everything back right of front or slow but sure "Hell Yes".
