Oh I’m sure of that, and he/she ain’t the only one.Let me give you some inside scoop. You can’t use full names like you did with Ron E. A moderator will edit it in the near future. Silly rule but it’s not my site. R+L will continue to experience massive turnover because they continue to hire OTR drivers and other inexperienced drivers and not seasoned LTL guys that know what LTL brings to the table. Not everyone is cut out to do LTL. The peddle routes have too many miles on them and delivery stops and not enough time to do them before the pickups start rolling in. The lift gate deliveries are too time consuming and very physically demanding especially in this Texas heat. They need more drivers to divide up the workload because most drivers don’t want to work 60 hours. This is one big clusterand will take them at least a year to help stop the bleeding. But keep drinking the kool aid ....... it suits you. Your new here and many think you’re a management plant.

Same old story with those ego driven moderators. I was never that way when I moderated this site. Many mods let the men be men while others let it go their head and all but shutdown forums. The D.C. forum is how moderators should moderate. That creates traffic to the site. Snowflakes and hurt this sites viewership. I will probably be banned for labeling moderators but honestly I don’t care. I bring volume to this site along with a few other posters when we are ALLOWED to get going. Some guys just like to cut off their nose to spite their face.

Seriously Train? I think ive run the R+L thread pretty lenient. I could care less about brownie points with the company. I simply follow the rules laid out by Jeff. Its his forum. If you don't like the rules of the forum, don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. Maybe you should look at the moderators name on things being done. Im not the only one moderating this forum. Jeff comes in here, as well as Smoke and several others. As for the thread about cameras, the only one showing was the last one and as I said, that was a request from the poster. There were no other camera posts. If you think Ive been to heavy handed, Ive got news for you, I can get way worse, push the issue and see how it works out for you.

My opinion is that you are very strict and not lenient at all. I’ve watched you for years and you have a track record that discourages posters. I think it makes perfect sense. But then you’re running this forum so my opinion is meaningless.

Honestly, you don’t have to be justified in banning me. You can just do it. You’re running the R+L forum and I expect it from you. It’s OK! My life will carry on without TB.
