A couple things: These videos are produced weeks in advance. The numbers that apply won't be made public until after market close Jun 25, 2019. Tuesday...Watched the June CEO Video today and no mention of any AIC payout.

Also, payouts typically arrive in July & the July payout is historically a separate check, if I recall correctly.

So that's it? No word from the supreme commanders at Der Reichstag about a bonus? This seems rather odd. It'd be nice to know either way.

It was said in our monthly meeting that if the criteria was met then we (hourly/mileage) WOULD be getting a bonus...and seeing as how we hit a home run during the 3 qtr, we would’ve had to seriously tank the 4th qtr in order not to qualify IMO.

The minimum Operating Ratio to trigger a bonus is 5% for the combined last 2 quarters. 3rd quarter OR was 5.5%. 4th quarter OR results will be released Tuesday the 25th. The fourth quarter is typically one of our better profit margin times of the year.

For the past 3 years ('16, '17, '18) the 4th quarter margins were 9.0, 7.8 & 9.0... So, if history is any indicator, it should be pretty respectable.
