Has anyone used the paternity leave? If so how does it work I understand we get 2 weeks off paid but is it at the vacation rate or regular hourly rate and do they pay you normally as in Friday or is it a lump sum at the end of the 2 weeks? Thanks for any info I'm having a baby in a month

Policy change Dad gets time off also. Dont know how long and if I recall unpaid. Falls under FMLA.

Congrats...the last time I used the maternity leave benefit we didn’t “get paid” unless we used vac/personal time, it was just an excused absence...but that was many, many, moons ago!!

Pretty sure CA law is different but then again I can’t give birth like you so I’ll never know
