90,024 shares of common stock awarded on 7-8-19. 1. One-half of the restricted stock will vest upon the Company's common stock achieving a 30-calendar day weighted-volume average stock price of $11.75 per share on or before December 31, 2020 (the "Initial Vesting"). The remaining one-half of the restricted stock will vest 12 months after the Initial Vesting. The reporting person must be employed by the Company, or one of its affiliates, to be entitled to the shares at each vesting.

Not too shabby a restricted stock award for the first day on the job?! If he can downsize the company and get that share price up to $11.75 a share by the end of next year, he can really cash in!
