Feel free to go through the 153 pages and comment – or wait until Sunday night when I print excepts of interest.
I have an idea to fund this plan. Let's quit giving illegals handouts, such as welfare and healthcare and Social Security payments. Also let's go back and get the boat load of money that Obama gave to Iran.

and all the other countries. if this gets voted down, the next day a bipartisan bill will come up sending toilet seats and Twinkies to El Salvador or Nicaragua, or some other :shit:hole country. it will pass, no problem.

Bailout Bill Report (5): CBO Cost Estimate

The Congressional Budget Office [CBO] estimates that 157 multiemployer pension plans would be eligible to apply for loans under the criteria set forth in H.R. 397.... Of those 157 plans, CBO estimates that 8 would be ineligible for loans, 19 would receive loans but not grants, and 130 would receive loans and grants ... CBO estimates that loans disbursed in 2020 would total $43.3 billion; $3.6 billion of that amount would be for plans required to apply for loans."
