XPO | P&d Pay Raise, Lh Paycut

Most likely they found out they have to fire much of their drivers under the new speeding policy. These guys don’t put much thought into things.:duh::regretful:

Here we go again. Drag racing with 75% of the trucks on the road. Too fast for the slow lane, Too slow for the fast lane. Stuck in clusters unable to escape. forced to right lane with entering and exiting traffic. 5 mph below 70 mph speed limit roads. Until the tires wear, then we'll have a 62 mph truck. SMH. Press on

We, the driver, are to blame for this no one else. They give us a little perk and look what we do with it. Fine every way to drive with the cruise on in the rain and crash trucks. This company is getting more and more, release the brakes, turn the switch to "D" and smash the gas steering wheel holders. XPO it one of many company to blame for this. Are school are a f##king joke. The days of the Professional Truck Driver are dying.

May be one of your best post

I guess my brothers at the terminals that voted for third party representation will still be driving at 70 it has to negotiated.. hahaha another bargaining chip

There’s more to the story of why they raised the trucks to 70mph then meets the eye . Timing was everything and it was more about messaging. It was more complicated then most could imagine . My opinion is they NEVER intended for it to be permanent. It got them through a tough period. I do think turning them down will save some drivers their jobs though and that’s a good thing.
