If the boss forces you on to the dock after a long day driving, you could, excuse me, should have a minor accident. Go to the clinic with a limp. Go on light duty if necessary. Fill out the work comp paper work & in your description of the accident make sure your fatigue had a major impact on you being injured. Note you were forced to work the dock. The first time they might not care or do much. The second time you injure yourself after a long day or night of driving they might change their minds. Is this drastic. You bet. But if the boss says you must work while being tired, be sure that is noted in any paper work you sign or file. CYA for the company covers theirs. von.
