FedEx Freight | Peoplenet Logs

Get help from the powers that be! If they don't want to help you force their hand, if you have been on duty for that long go home to reset. They will come around. Or call the safety dept in Hooterville. You must CYA!

I'm way down on the city board so I work dock nights. I get some runs here and there but nothing in the last 2 weeks. My last run included an extension and it went out of whack from there . It started saying I was on duty not driving for 23.5 hours. The only time showing off duty was my lunch break.

Every day before the end of shift I go to ops or dispatch and they fix them. As of yesterday the log is correct. I have no problem spending the last 30 minutes of my shift hanging out at dispatch with the other city drivers getting advice and learning what I can. My concern is getting sent out, getting pulled into inspection and having to show logs before I get them fixed.

My logs are all out of whack. They say I've been working for 23.5 hours for the past 15 days. Is there anyway I can edit them myself or do I have to go see office people?
This PeopleNet crap is the worst software I've seen in my entire life. You could get a hundred 3d-graders to write code and they would come up with a better system than this Peoplenet BS.

If you are stuck in "Driving", you can't edit them. Get to a truck, login and put yourself in 'OFF'. From your computer or phone you CANNOT edit your logs from a DRIVING line. Bullshit, I know, but that's according to the idiot who wrote the software.

Then go into your logs and Certify all the bogus logs.

I like how you have to enter about everything 3 times.... Really, when we enter our trailers they can't carry over to the ones we are about to pre-trip?
That website is horrible, it works but slow as mud

The version we’re currently using isn’t designed specifically for FedEx, it’s very generic and being used by a plethora of companies...and they probably don’t require their drivers to fill out a DVIR since it’s not required by law unless there’s a defect.

Exactly. Why enter the SAME information numerous times? Website is NOT mobile friendly.
