Look Out! Ohio Trooper Narrowly Avoids Speeding Truck

There was a hit and run last week in this town. A bicycle rider was on the shoulder when someone in a SUV ran over him. Reminds me of a bumper sticker with the caption "If you don't like the way I drive, stay off the sidewalk'. I am quite sure this & so many other accidents are caused by distracted/impaired drivers.
