I know people don’t want to see increase in taxes but somehow we are fine, as a nation, paying several hundreds $$ a month for healthcare. It’s crazy.
Most universal healthcare discussions don’t go far into how much will be saved by not having an insurance premium and high deductibles.
Thats because insurance companies pay a lot of money to get their narrative out.

Because there is no savings, just because you pay nothing out of pocket does not mean you are saving when you pay overinflated VAT, and an accountant decides what's best for you. Upnorth spoke of waiting 6 months for an mri, and another 6 months for the procedure, ya sign me up.
