Of all the scenarios available, that almost seems feasible. Depending how they integrate us, might be a real cluster#@$k. My first day in a package truck, I dread the thought...

Really think about what you are saying..why would they pay us the same rate as package?? Our buildings have loading docks that you can drive fork lifts on...package has rollers to load packages..we also have two completely different contracts...we will never be one..wishful thinking

IMO....Externally, we will be more closely united but internally divided. Freight does freight and package does package.
Can’t be operationally integrated/ housed in the same building.
I think we drop paying “homage” to ”overnite’ with our battleship gray shirts and go brown. which I think they should have done in the first place. They’ve been doing it with our tractors.
