It depends if the truck driver has one of those safety departments that blame you for driving on icy roads. It's a double whammy if it's in writing and the driver signed it
I don't know the details yet but I heard on radio news today that a FedEx rig crashed into a police vehicle & the car the officer had stopped. It happened on I30 south of Little Rock. Two college students in the car that was stopped were killed & the officer was injured. This is tragic & should never have happened.
