Just curious..in new England we have a lot of 1 list barns..if a road driver run is canceled tonight...can they bump a junior driver out of their bid run..or do they follow the contract like 2 list barns do

Art. 5, Sec. 2, Para. C. Dovetail into EXTRA-Board, or hold till next dispatch. providing you can make your next scheduled dispatch. can't bump a junior if it is a schedule, only bump onto Xtra-bd.

I see what you are saying, 1 list is different, Art. 5, Sec. 1, para. d, specifies that there shall be 2 lists, local, and road, with one you should be able to displace a junior "unassigned, or ad hoc" as they call it, be it road or city. Unless your barn is a 24 hour operation having your 10 off to be available for your next dispatch might be difficult to do...
