And Jack this is Darren. You will see that stringent cost control continue until we see conditions improve even throughout Q1. As we look at (inaudible) and when we look at what's played out this week with many other public companies announcing and giving us all some much-needed information about what's happening in October, we will keep cost control at the top of the list, like we always do. And certainly network optimization is good timing for that cost control, because it's not only building density in the network as we've taken these -- as we're on track to take the 25 terminals out that we've already guided to for this year and then we'll immediately start working on the next 25 right after that. It also eliminates redundant costs in our network. So as we are in an uncertain economy moving forward, network optimization will be a help to our cost control focus.

As you can see, we're on track to reach our ultimate goal of having no terminals within the next 2 years. As we consolidate 25, we'll close the next 25.

We'll be operating on a platform of virtual terminals, a good example being ಠ▄ಠ's imaginary armies at the end of WW2. This will allow us to bring equipment, in any paint scheme,to wherever the freight is with the click of a mouse. What this does is eliminate the "missed pick-up" which there is never an excuse for. Customers can simply use the app. Fill in the pieces and weight, destination and hit execute. Another feature is the "stretch" option. If a customer calls in 1 pallet @100 lbs, and adds 20 more the trailer can be "stretched" virtually to infinity, to accomidate the extra revenue. If there are multiple destinations, simply enter the number of trailers required. Next question.

There you go partner. Closing those terminals, along with continued synergies, next day Texas service, HRNY,refinancing the debt, layoffs, combining the sales staff, and installing construction zone proof mirrors on all 4 brands tractors, is driving the stock price up!!!!

So 50 less Barns ?? call it what you want to , Downsizing or Rightsizing , but it makes the stock go with less barns I guess ????

This streamlining of the network and “co-habitation” of national and regional LTL brands within its terminals will bring the number of facilities operated by the LTL trucking holding company across its four subsidiaries down from a current 384 to 320 by the end of next year, Darren Hawkins, CEO, and T.J. O’Connor, president and COO, said in an interview with JOC.com.

And Elwood wowing the stockholders at the Caymans Stockholders Convention.

Bullet topics include cost reductions

1). Mirror removal on all line haul units to reduce drag and increase fuel mileage.

2). Mandatory governing at 46 mph.

3). Trailer roofs to be removed. The top 2 feet will be reconstructed with removable 6 inch slats to adjust for low bridges and wires. As a result, YRC will be opening a new Tarp producing subsidiary for covering all loads.

4). Narrowing of all axle widths to accommodate various boardwalks.

So a question pertaining to #3 ? Will 15mph rule training be discontinued so the company can realize savings, and institute the synergy across all 4 of the YRCW companies?

15 mph rule will be redundant, if aforementioned policies are adhered to strictly.

Coincidentally, the elimination of those in that training department may significantly reduce operating expenses.
