ADuiePyle | Line Haul

I watched the video. Also have spoken with John L, Bill G, and Duie recently and in the past six months. Something is going to change. To many guys abusing the system. They are already updating the mileages on the run between terminals. My guess after that will be to tighten up the times. At the minimum
I reckon it makes too much sense to show the clock milkers the door.

A friend in Buffalo says he's hearing .67 per mile. Doesn't know about drop/hook or detention pay.
There is nothing carved in stone. Still not known whether to go miles or a flat rate per segment. They want to be fair to the guys that stay in the Metro NYC area. 67 cents would be competitive with the other companies

Meeting today in Westchester looks like 67.5
Were you there? Or at a terminal with the stream? Because the meeting I attended there was no firm mention of what was happening, rates etc. Yes, the Raphine runs were used as an example. But nothing for the rest of the fleet

Did you hear the announcement about the streets driver that passed away Saturday night?

I understand that the live streaming from johnstown became extremely heated, and was directed towards a certain individual from corporate.

I do not doubt it. I was not paying much attention. Some of the phone guys were re-hashing stuff already covered 5 times. I zoned out. Plus the phone was not real easy to hear. One of the NJW guys was going good with John L. Offered to wash his car

The OTR you mentioned is a dedicated account. Dedicated has their own pay scales, dependent on the account. They are divisions of Pyle.
