Holland | Bringing All City In By 8 Hours/ Missing Pick Ups

you realize if you have all that freight coming in, there will be no way for them to cohabitate you with a yrc terminal, and no way for them to sell your or a yrc terminal. they get to keep first 40 to 60 million of terminals they sell...they do not care about being a good business or keeping customers happy or providing a good service.....yrcw wants to sell your terminal and stuff wads of cash in there pockets before there game is over!!!

We aren't at near capacity, plenty of room contrary to what many of our workers think. We could easily give YRC 35 doors and have way more than enough yard space .

Their 3 day brainiac plan cost us plenty of customers. I've been out for a while, a friend told me today ( and this is just in my area) we lost Covidien ( now cardinal health) .We got no less than 3 trailers a day.He was told to do a swap and was told they no longer are shipping with Holland because we left 3 trailers of freight for 2 days.

He then went to S.P Richard's where we got two swaps per day and was told the same thing.
Then sent to O'Rourke sales where he got 1 trailer. They told him we should have had 5 or 6 by then but they weren't picking it up so they put it on other carriers.
He also heard Global equipment stopped using us.
Who the hell do they think they are? The customers have businesses to run. There is no telling the damage they have done to our inbound shipments and all of the areas I don't run.
Someone needs to be fired.Stupid mother ****ers.
Calm down falcon management knows what they're doing we're just peons

With Elwood’s Cayman bank handling the books partner, I would not look for a 4 quarter profit.

I am not privy to all mitigating circumstances, but Barn Reduction & Gentrification, heretofore referred to as BR&G, will not be realized as profit until Q1, 2022, ar the earliest.

Any who choose to question the accuracy of YRC financial statements, I urge you to ‘Read the Report!’

Of the last 10 dispatcher/supervisor hired, how many had no trucking experience? How many had @ least 5 years of trucking experience, LTL or other? von.
Of last 10 only maybe one or two had some trucking experience , we can't Hire nobody so they are tricking office people into being a supervisor .....but it don't matter anymore as old yellow runs everything now and remember your just a number and its just a paycheck period ...................................

But at what cost? Missed pick ups, 3 drivers showing up at 1 customer for the same skid, peddle trailer first stop loaded in the nose, and on and on. And the beat goes on. von.

Not their problem at the scheduled quittin time their the first one out the door , if they had to stay until everything is wrapped up and accounted for things would be different

It's coming.

One of our managers told me the yrc Southside terminal is at capacity with 60 doors.
I was told they only have 62 employees.

I think capacity per door is 17,000 lbs per door inbound and 17,000 outbound. I'm told Atlanta is at about 13,000 with 151 doors.I don't think that is accurate because there are about 25 doors we don't have to use.We got 12 or so that sit with junk and office supplies on them with trailer tires sitting on rims for a couple years now.

If the Southside is truly at capacity with 60 doors we won't have room for them.
However, it wouldn't take much for them to shuffle some of their freight to Marietta Ga .ect .
and make room.
