Estes | New rumors!!!

One of the local cartage dispatchers in Richmond last week told me that the Richmond terminal by itself had over 100 trailers tied up with amazon.
A few months back Cincinnati had 140 spotted at the Amazon drop lots plus the loads at the terminal. They had 40 rental trailers and have leased a drop lot off of OD because there’s not enough room at the terminal

Dont think anyone is having their state of the company meeting until next week.
We had ours last Monday. Was a good year, not as good as last year. Talked about website updates and some new terminals out west. For the first time that I can remember there was no mention of equipment upgrades, which are sorely needed. We keep getting older 74 and 75 series numbered tandems at our terminal. We are an end of the line terminal with no garage and they send us older equipment and then complain that our maintenance cost are some of the highest in the company. TM didn’t have the raise numbers yet

I am glad estes took a major share of our amazon freight (ABF) I wish you would take it all. Now they have us dropping the trailer & waiting for it to get unloaded, bringing guy's in all odd hours & paying double time on Sunday's.... ABF should tell them to get f@cked....

There’s conflicting information circulating in the fb group about the extraboard raise. Some people are saying 1 cent, some are saying 2.5 cents.
I've seen that. I've noticed over the years, you can have 10 drivers look at the same memo and you'll have 10 different answers.

Question? Is the state of the company video/meeting mandatory? I ask because I get done with my run around 6am and have been told I have to wait until 8am for meeting. I don’t see why I should cut my sleep/rest short for it. Thanks in advance
