Since we've ponied up our share in give backs, about $6.5 B, YRC will have no problem making up the difference to Central States from paying $0.25 on $1.00 since 2018. The senate bill is complicated and makes us look bad by putting in stuff we never asked for. The proposal raises the maximum payout that the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corp can make. It looks like unions asked for that even though we didn't.
