I'd love to be able to comment, but after reading it a couple of times, I can't think of a thing to say except " what is a 2 man meeting"? Seems like there will be more than a couple of people there. Must be U talk.

What is a two man meeting?? dinner with your buddies...
 
What can you say. The International shouldn't even entertain their thoughts of another round of consessions. Nothing has changed but our paychecks. This sucks!!!
 
Nothing good to come.

1st two man meeting = combining companies and layoff.
2nd " " = paycut and no pension

I can barely contain myself waiting for the good news.

IMO, there is a lot to say, starting w/Tyson and his discussions, Does he know the word Negotiate??????maybe he thinks it means, YRC telling
him what is going to happen, and to make sure he gets a YES vote, this guy is an azzhole!!

Well, for what it's worth (granted-- Nothing!),....negotiations are normally done out of strength, not weakness. I don't see either side holding any good cards right now....
 
i like to know why they have to spend the money to go to irving texas. how long will it take to updat the locals? can' t they just update the locals through e-mails or confrence call? oh that's right they have to go away to have fun and spend money.....i'm surprised they didn't have a get away to discuss the get away.

Yeah, funny.. A Block of rooms reserved for a mandatory 2 man meeting...Could they at least get the memo right please?

all they want is to change your retirement / who are all these orphans anyway. are they ones that never worked for yrc. or yellow maybe roadway or is it all three. oh there is holland and new penn. so many in layoff / so many with a lot of years vested. most with companys that are closed. do you think my little bird is spreading rumors. oh there is one more thought what if they brought all the pension funds into one. just saying.
 
$129.00 and that's a discounted room rate? Couldn't they find a cheaper place to stay? I guess it doesn't matter since we're paying. I'm not familiar with Dallas, but there must be some good golfing and bars nearby...
