And I also heard we have the best pay, benefits, and equipment in the Industry.:hysterical: Did you forget the vision?:hide:

wonder if George R.will see the train coming and "leave to pursue other interests " or will he get kicked to the curb like the piece of garbage that he is?

hugnlug you posted that Ed.D is stepping down.
Is he stepping into a lower ranking spot in our company,or is he walking out on this sweet job he's had ever since he helped close the doors at Hall's Motor Transit where he was their president?

I know this because I was going on 18 years at Hall's my last fultime Teamster company.

I still remember getting the phone call on a Sunday afternoon March of 86' when I got home from church.

It was my TM,he said I've got some bad news for you.
Hall's closed their doors for good Saturday, don't bother coming into work tomorrow.
With that I shockingly replyed your kidding me?
He said no I'm not sorry to say.
Oh my,I was off to work casual, and Ed was selling north east terminals to Overnite,at bargain prices.

Kind of ironic I found my way to Overnite as a driver after about 6 months, and Ed was sitting pretty with our new company.

I may be old as dirt but I still remember that part of the rocky trail in my life.

Alls I can say now is good luck Ed in your new endeavors I wish you all the best.

Tom is a tuff but good guy. He expects results and that's it. He will hold the CCM's feet to the fire for sure. Remember he worked under and learned from Tom M.
