nothing is easy..don't forget. The 10 min break starts when you head to the break room or get out of the truck and ends when you get back

swear to God they used to follow us. I stayed in the cab on breaks with my watch hanging from the dash

once I took a 12 min break

Dealing with Troublesome Users

Can I block posts, emails and messages from specific users?

If there are particular members that bother you and you do not want to see their posts or receive Private Messages and Emails from them, then you can add these members to your 'Ignore List'. There are several ways to do this:

Through your User Control Panel: User CP, Settings & Options, Edit Ignore List. Then, type their name into the empty text box and click 'Okay'.

You still haven't answered the question.......If they are currently negotiating over something that has already been voted on, there clearly was gray area. Which is exactly what many of us feared. The gray area never works to the employees advantage. That is why we didn't like some of the new language in the proposal. I know that you picture addicted retirees could care less about OUR work rules, because you are just concerned about YOUR pension. You sit on the couch all day packing Cheetos dust under your foreskin, while the rest of us watch our work rules go up in smoke.
 
It says if your a road driver and they tell you to drop your trailer or trailers you will drop when and where and how they told you too.

Hey Flash I`ll take a shot at this.It`s called the fourth round of concessions,but this time there is no vote!!
 
check all of your local DEALS . see it in writing and check the date . if it was made b4 id say friday i would think it should be thrown out as the ibt didnt even get the language pounded out until then . how could the locals make deals on something that hadnt been signed by the ibt and yrc .?

IF the language is so "black and white" as you say......why is the Union and the Company still trying to work out the gray areas? You keep saying how clear this proposal was, yet you can't answer this question.

The fact is that you never did care about the work rule changes, you only cared about keeping your pension.

Here in the East, that paragraph was changed to say, "trailers will be replaced with the word pants from here forward!
 
then why on earth did you guys vote it in if it wasnt clear,just like the healthcare bill nobody read or understood what they read until it was too late.
