What time did you start? First shift was going to start at 1550, its only 1955. What happened?Well...my first day over at the Roadway terminal. Was hoping I would be treated like a fellow brother...not so much.
In cities that are keeping both the Roadway terminal & Yellow terminal...10%ers have to choose which one to bid to. Which are you choosing, & your reasons??

You guys are sure picky. You actually expect these replies to be coherent?
Well thanks to the TEAMSTERS, I may be part of the problem but I will continue to have a job! Thanks to the brotherhood.
Well thanks to the brotherhood I am laid off. I am glad you are proud of being part of the problem. If you have to be proud of something it might as well be that. The Co. the union, the country, the world what ever the problem we have to solve it or even you will see the unemployment line and by the way when that happens the teamsters will turn their back on you just like they have done me.
Sorry to hear that , JimmyG. Good Luck with Batesville. As you said, there probably won't be a downturn in their economy. Best of Wishes to you and your family.Update, for what it's worth. I told YRC I wasn't reporting; came in and resigned. Figured my truckload job was steady, at least. Almost immediately, Batesville Casket offered me a job driving in their private fleet. I start there Monday. Great job-- about as close to recession-proof as I can figure.
Good Luck Everybody! Keep the place open; my 22 year pension depends on you!
