i would bet those in corporate have discussed what they can or cannot do until they have thought of about everything.right now there is no telling what is going to happen until the bill is passed.
 
Every ODFL employee by now knows David C's opinion on EFCA,I found his comments on the state of our industry much more interesting.Good article!
