Yellow | Hoffa Out!

It will never happen. I will explain why I think he will not be defeated. I have been a freight Teamster for 15 years. I have seen a little but not as much as many of you guys. I have seen the freight division lose thousands of members from close downs. I have also seen the Teamsters grow by bout 500,000 members. The Teamsters incorporated several other unions to make one of the largest in the world. So when the election happens, 75,000 no votes from freight Teamsters vs. 1,000,000 for him from all the others divisions. No match. Not sticking up for the guy at all. I have seen the demise of the freight division. I will vote against him. But he has grown the Teamster Union to one of the largest. I hate to say it but he does not need our freight vote. Is it the sign of the time for the freight teamster or is it that he just does not need us as much as he use to when we were in larger numbers?

I totatally agree with you brother! The reason he will be elected again is all of the teamster light bulb changers and the teamster carpet cleaning guys and the teamster wedding cake decorators etc... im sure you get the picture that is why the ynion has grown
 
The union loves the light changers and the cake decorators. It's free money for the IBT. They want the freight industry out because they claim that the freight people are nothing but whiners and cry-babies. The freight people file to many grievances and the pension language is a pain to the IBT. Look at the convenience of the 4 hour casuals, twice as much union dues for half the amount of B/S to the locals. That's why the IBT agreed to all this language, it's just a matter of semantics period

The only thing keeping us Freight Teamsters from getting a REAL back bone for Teamster General President is the suck ups at UPS.

The suck ups (UPS) YES votes always over ride our NO votes!

Sandy Pope is the REAL DEAL.

Don't ask KK to run ... I would have to vote against him, and I would feel real bad about it.

Wishy Washy that makes no sense. If they wanted rid of the freight division all they had to do was tell YRC that they would get no help from the Teamsters. And I have never heard the IBT say anything about getting rid of the winers and cry babies but if they did you would be the first to go with all that whining and cry babying you do.

A way and maybe only way to unseat hoffa!!

You guys in your post have answered what maybe the only way to unseat hoffa. Those running against hoffa must bring to the forefront what has been done to the freight teamsters and bring it to the membership the proof what havoc they have raged.
And if and I mean if a candidate can convince the others of the possibilty that what happened to feight can very well happen to them then it may be enough to unseat him.
