How about we give them lots of scrap steel. 2200 lbs at a time from the barrel of a 16 inch gun mounted on an Iowa Class Battleship. 2 of them anchored off the coast of Somalia lobbing shells the size of VW Bugs inland 5 miles and then walk the pattern back to the shore line. Gunboat diplomacy works every time it's tried. After that little run in we had a few years ago with pirates based out of Tripoli, no one has picked on a U.S. vessel until now. Just ask the people of Lebanon about how impressive this type of diplomacy is. For those of you who just can't help themselves trying to point out the well known facts, there are no longer any of them in commission. Maybe this will spark an effort to put them back in service. I would also accept a "Viet Nam" style carpet bombing under 2 conditions, 1 we use B-52s and 2 we use the same pattern as we would shelling the pricks.

EXCELLENT IDEA TT,,,,, the only thing primates understand...... I'm with ya !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :clap: I used to "call fire" for "indirect weapons,,,," ,,,,, I'd be glad to volunteer my services once again........
