Dollar Bill told everyone he had everything under control.Why don"t we believe him? We are operating two terminals in Orlando with a total of about 23 guys woking at each one.We must be filthy rich if we can afford ahalf a million dollars of mgt. salary at both locations. Is it just us down here or do other places have as much blatant mismanagement going on?:eck13:
 
Pittsburgh is doing the same thing we have 125 guys. the X roadway terminals TM is giving freight away to ABC Freight non-union.To make his numbers look good and union men sit at home. He has called the police on are BA for being on proterty and they take him off the proterty.It's all BS
 
870 seattle x rdwy terminal closing end of month and merging in with 642 seattle x yellow terminal. laid off all non union office personnel last week, oh its happening all right. yrc does not need 2 terminals in each city. too much overhead and managemnet types. it will start happening everywhere i think pretty soon, good luck to all
 
144 guys at 896 & 825, within 2 miles of each other, bill count getting pretty low, 7-800 a day between the two. I have a feeling they'll get rid of all Yellow mgnt, combine the barns and chop the roster to half, unless they close the doors first :TR10driving03:
 
:USA:We have a right to hold the company accountable now that we have a vested interest in it. ( wage give back) Forty-seven local cartage employees on lay-off between two city barns and we still have two TM and two OPS mangers. Sounds to me like a lot off extra money being spent for nothing. It's all this extra spending over the years that has us in trouble.:ranting2::ranting2::ranting2:

Proposed closing one of the twins here also, neither barn has enuf room to take on both freight. The infamous "Walking Eagle" (you East coast guys know who) is doing his dirt resulting in collateral damage. I tell you he will have another incident like in Richmond. Both barns have a 2 to 1 ratio of I/B vs O/B. Combine the two and you got a "WHOOPER".:TR10driving03:
