New Penn | Which New Penn terminals were recently sold?

Huh !!

As i said those were his words from a pyle driver he said warehouse not terminal someone told him this in your company.Said it was for a back up in case this happens not shure what port.My guess would be a linehaul driver told him that runs there. But he said they werent using this warehouse just paying rent. But see you guys are renting from yrc giving us back the money we are paying you for rent so thanks.:biglaugh:

Like Frog said, no whs in NJ. The terminal we rent in E. Bruns has not been owned by YRC in a long time. We are renting it from a mngmnt. company. :shift:

$73,000 a month for Maspeth and $69,000 a month for Baltimore..and last but not least $63,000 a month...

Never mond, I never know what I am talking about. I dont have any connections with the new landlords either....I am just a dumb sales man.

WOW you did back it up with fact:biglaugh::biglaugh:. NO FACTS like usual. Hey who was the guy who said we would be closed a few months ago. That would be you Frog. With all your connections:biglaugh::biglaugh:Froggie your a legend in your own mind.

Pyle is caught up in an eminit (sorry bout the spelling) domain issue in the Carteret facility. It will be in the courts for years if they chose to fight it. In the meantime they are renting the EB facility.

One of the termnals that Steve O wanted wanted was S Kearney, but it was sold to a logistics company.

Pyle does not have any warehouses in NJ. They have five in total, 3 in Pa. 1 in Ma and 1 in De.

just asking pyle in westfeld mass does lowes distro is that great big building going up across the street going to be lowes i know they have a flat bed distro yard next door and ups and tmc are the house carriers?

you are right again, pyle is leasing them back for free because Steve O misses his NPME roots

hey froggie,am i understanding you right? you saying s kearney -npme- that is, was sold to a logistics company? the new terminal, the puerto rico terminal or both?

I work for Reddaway. YRC has went and bought a few of our terminals that were free and clear, then turned around and started leasing them back.

My terminal which was paid for free and clear had over a million dollar lien taken out against it in the form of a loan. I found out about this when an aquaintance asked me if our company had been bought out. I said yes but that was two years ago.

This person who worked at a local bank told me that a company called YRC took out the loan and placed a lien against our building for a loan.

My best guess is for operating cash.

Welcome to our world..newpenn owned just about everyone of their terminals free and clear and had no debt..now we own nothing!!!! say bye bye YRC :TR10driving03:

Leasing terminals is ok..but not after you already owned them all!! And then the scumbag parent company takes them and sells them to save their sorry asses

Exactly. FedEx did not sell their properties to cover their bills.

FedEx did not sell their terminals to their biggest competitors.

Even when YRC started selling overlap terminals it was OK. Selling the terminals they are still using is a different story.

Its the same as owning your home and renting a house or apartment. You lose all the equity you accumulated. You lose the tax breaks and worst of all, you are at the mercy of a landlord. In this case.....your competition.

Sorry, but this is not a positive

Why do you choose to ignore the post prior to mine, where the poster says basically the same thing is me ??

I am not talking down to anyone and I am not insinuating that anyone is stupid.

No frog..he had a typical response on this board like anyone who makes a post, then it gets pointed out that they were wrong. All they can come back with is to try and talk down to those who disagree with them... its a defense mechanism i guess...
more people on here try to talk down to others than they do making a valid point..
soooooooooo..if you cant back up what you say..then dont say ::shit::!!

ps...put a fork in us...we're done
