just a question....
linehaul drivers supposed to be in backing in trailers at their home terminals during the week?
if sooooo
do they get paid?

No not at your home terminal, if it is not dark. At foreign terminals it is anybodys guess. It seems each TM has made thier own rules.
 
Now you know how we feel at Averett Express, and not PAID, FREE TIME. You can make it up though by working the dock while waiting for your loads !! We don't have to pay UNION dues.

furthermore Ive heard we have drivers (Majority of them) that work classified as not PAID, FREE TIME : NC, no charge
onion drivers perfer to do it as a curtesy
i perfer to charge and get paid myself
the 15 minutes makes me feel good at the end of the week

Pull into home terminal....grab your bag....head to the house! Don't drop don't get paid! Saturday mornings....drop trailer...go to personal vehicle...go home...get paid 15 minutes! No brainer.
