Hay brother you must not work for YRC because if you did you would know what im talking about. We lost 29% of our customer base during the (cut over period) > I see it everyday.

Secret Source?? Ah who cares got good info he gets it first makes others jealous
so Jeff keep doing what your doing.... Thank You

Compare it to putting a billboard up, do you want it on a Interstate or a Country road that gets 3 cars?

I used to just post the info until other sites were posting content and claiming they always get it first blah blah ... So I started watermarking it..... Wonder why you never see it on their site now?

I especially like the way this one site says "we are the only endorsed site by the IBT" or some off the wall BS

Some people think this site is for Non Union people but I bet more Union people are members here than Non Union here.

I got the best members, the best staff and the best info on this website bar none and it pisses people off.

Oh Well

No. We were down 29% from a year ago when those numbers came out. In the most recent conference call it was stated several times that we lost only 10% due to the merger and the rest was from the current recession.

From Zollars' last conference call,

"In addition to the economy, we believe we are still experiencing some customer diversion due to concerns surrounding the integration. It’s difficult to quantify this volume, but we believe it’s about a third of our year-over-year decline at national or about 10%. We believe much of that volume will return, and in fact some of it already has, but we can’t predict how quickly or at what levels the rest will come back."

I just got a phone call from a YRC driver out on his peddle run. He heard the word out on the street that Truckingboards has the COO posted already. I read him the changes & he asked me to post this question & call him back if I get any replies before I leave for work at 7:30pm.

East Brunswick has 90+ men on the local cartage (city seniority) list but they are only showing 70 being moved. What happens to the other 20 some men? Don't the men on layoff get to dovetail on to the gaining terminals lists.

Experiencing customer Diversions becuase of all the Non-Union companys spreading rumors that YRC and ABF are going out of Business. I over heard a conway driver tell a custermer not to use YRC cause his Manager had a meeting with them and said that ABF was right behind them. so i asked the shipping clerk and he said a fed ex driver told him the same BULL and my friends from Estes said thats what there management was telling them too. This economy sucks and we owe it all to the Greedy CEO,s and George W Bush.:ranting2:

We get them from our many loyal and concerned members. Though we can't always post everything we get, we usually can post most of it.

Thanks Jeff for the file. Looks like I'll be moving back to Indy. If you are an EOL old Roadway terminal I would be worried about future closures. The Yellow way even if it's wrong seems to be the theme.
