I sit back and watch all this bickering on here. One thing is for sure we are damned if we do and and damned if we don't.
Bottom line is everyone has there own personal situations and I suggest you vote what is in your hearts and the best for your families and particular financial situations.
Don't let anyone sway your vote for, or against.
Use your minds to decide, not your testosterone levels.
What happens after that is the way the cards fall.
This way there should be no animosity towards your fellow workers if things do not work out. You will only have yourself to blame or congratulate.
Bottom line is you are the one putting food on the table.
If you can support your family elsewhere great!
If you are willing to gamble with YRC great!
Only you can decide.
I don't think there is any right or wrong vote here as long as you do what is in your heart.

I believe the Union has broken the industry, becasue if this is passed the whole industry will follow and you will not get a job comparable to this, and the standard will be lower.
Tens years I'd a said make a stand and vote NO and the Union will have my back.........but I don't think that is the case in the year 2009. So..........what he said.
Vote your heart and family.....but either way it will not make yrc any stronger. You can't fix mismanagement or stupidity by throwing your money at it.

I'm sick
I'm out

Similarities in outcome: Yes or no, company files for banruptcy. Yes or no, your income will be less. Maybe a whole lot less. Yes or no, no more pension ever again. etc

I wish I had a crystal ball

If I had a crystal ball and I could see where YRC will be in the next few years and I see we are still there, I would feel alot better. Since I don't have a crystal ball I will have to ride it out. I do have faith, however. I have faith in all of my Teamster brothers and sisters and you don't need a crystal ball for that. :shift:
